I hate them--the holes I get at the bottom of my shirt. This shirt was practically brand new when the first hole appeared...and I've continued to wear it--bringing back the grungy look. I finally tried to cover them:

Good, not great. In fact, Ryan said "dumb." (Admittedly, it sort of is). But it's a start. I have another shirt just like it & maybe I'll try an applique instead. It beats sending it to goodwill though, right? Very soon on the agenda is an apron...so that I stop getting holes in the first place (yes, I do believe it's from my counters in the kitchen).

  1. I have these same holes, but they're from my old navy jeans. The flap that covers the zipper doesn't cover it when I sit and snags my shirts. Your zippers may be the culprit.

  2. Hmm...zippers. I thought it was my button rubbing up against the counter. Now I'll have to pay attention to my zipper! Regardless, aren't they annoying!?

  3. I get those dumb holes too. I'm trying to figure out a cute way to cover them. I'll let you know when I do.

  4. I get those all the time! you can always save those shirts for making those t-shirt ruffles that are all over the internet!
